Staying Consistent in Jujitsu
Training is probably the best way to get that repetition and muscle memory down. Just dedicate yourself a few minutes each day to jujitsu, that's definitely going to add up overtime. Try to have a mind set where every day you're going to try to at least think about something that you do well and something you could do a little bit better. Having an accountability budy can be very, very helpful. And it's also some one that you can share notes and compare your game with.
