"It's just sick and I actually don't even need to think about it. Like I can, I could almost probably go quite a while without tracking my food," he says. "I'm just so in such a groove with the food that I'm going to buy and prep and how I do those things, that I would probably end up with a very similar result, regardless." He adds: "Portions isn't big as well... But it is a skill. It absolutely is".
