When i'm presenting an argument to the other side, i should present it in the vocabulary emphasizing what's good about the deal from their side. If you want something more than i do, then you should get it and pay me for it. And if i wantsomething more than you do, i should get it  and pay you for it. I think we should lead with how it is we going to create a big pie. Because it's not about what i want, it'snot about what you want. It's what about the two of us can create by coming together.
