Any exercise can pretty much become af flexibility exercise, as long as we're careful with the loading. I think imi like the point that there the blurred line between strength training and n flexibility training. Some people who have maybe spent a lot of time past ly stretching, maybe not seeing progress, might see a lot of benefit just from incorporating some strengthening of he active range because it's smething they've not experinced. They might see quite quick progress there.
