CNN's John Defterios has been battling cancer for the past few years. After a 21-day fast, his tumor was 50% smaller and he decided to keep going with treatment. He is now doing intermittent fasting in an effort to get rid of the disease. The only food that didn't hurt him was 100% grass fed finished beef.

In 2020 he was diagnosed with genetic stage-3 colon cancer. Using a 21-day fast, a strict ketogenic diet, cold exposure, sun exposure, breathing, meditation, supplements and only 3 sessions of chemotherapy, he won his fight in only 4 months.
Today, at age 50, Fred feels better, healthier and stronger than he did a 35.
