In order to help people change, it's actually really difficult, because diet sort of becomes like religion. There is an agenda to push you into something, and almost a dogmatic way to make you believe that this is the one and only way to get healthier. So basically the diet that has the secret to weight loss, the best thing that they can do is make it just not actually work. And at no part in my book, well, I tell you you need to be a vegan, or you needs to be a carnivore. We have much more agency over what will work for us than you have been told.
