Dante's training is very minimal with him so it was for when I was doing it was four days a week. We were doing a push-pull legs routine Dante everything is to absolute failure and beyond. You end up or if I remember correctly you end up hitting everything twice or three times in a two-week period of time. Yeah did you do the load of stretching with that?Yeah we did the load of stretch the extreme stretching and stuff too. He'll say it's one set but it's really multiple setsYou're just taking a 30 second break between the set, he says.
