How to Use Your Diaphragm to Its Full Potential
You can't actually feel the diaphragm, but we can do a little exercise that will utilize it to its full potential. Close your eyes and imagine you can feel your belly with air while you breathe in. It's like a balloon that's being filled. When you breathe out, your belly goes back inside and relaxes. The chest is completely relaxed. Maybe they can try it with us for a few breaths. Yeah. Just to try it.
