Another great way or like the micro practice of taking through breaths is taking a breath and checking in with, how does my body feel right now? By default, our mind is going to be focused on the past or the future. We self-ruminate. And so through this practice, not so why it's called a practice, we always have to keep doing it. So even by asking yourself that question, what is important now in this moment, right?
