How Did You Go From 25 to 12 Times?
How did you go from, we're going to pay you a crappy multiple over time, etc. To ultimately what you agreed to, which I think is 12 times? It's almost unheard of for folks listening for a professional services firm. And so he said, I trust you, you know, don't screw me at the end here and expect that you're going to get that price because you're not. Just let's just kind of work through the thing together and it worked out great.
