The Secret to Being in a Shadow

I've actually seen it become a problem sometimes, especially when we were in person. If you're the person shadowing, make sure you're respectful to the customers and don't just go off mute or start yelling at your children with the mic off. Double mute. That's the secret to be in a shadow. I hate double mute. Well, maybe to be inAShadow is a blessing. But again, kind of making them feel like they're a part of the team bringing them into the fold. Right? So that's what I try to do. I try to share as much as possible. And so I be very verbose externally and I try to be very Verbose
