How to Get Back to Sleep

Sleep isn't this perfect long continuous undisturbed experience. In fact, sleep biologically for humans is designed to be light disturbed from time to time. But the body just then gets back into its rhythm and keeps going. So, we want to try and get out of the way of it. Maybe is the answer dis-heightened awareness that, hey, if you do have a sleep disturbance, toilet stop, screaming child, loud noise outside, don't overthink it. Is that the answer to this? This greater awareness or is it just something we can't really be able to say and hard to do? Yeah. Absolutely.
