The Importance of Context in Exercise Science

Zach: One of my favorite books so far is a book called Peak by a guy named Dr. Mark Bubs he'd be a fun guy to talk to for you too. He wrote this book where it was like here's what we're thinking with when we add a little bit of context to the equation. We have some pretty cool reasons to think that there's something to it and he kind of lays a lot of that out there in that book. It really highlighted for me just the wide range of things that people may or may not be able to do given their lifestyle.
