How Do We Change Our Symptoms?

We don't need to be all symptoms and then also shame about our symptoms that we're feeling doubly awful. So there is some mood elevating effect in fact right to to feeling kind of proud of our symptoms now can just look at our symptoms alone rather than our symptoms plus our shame or our distress about our symptoms. If the therapist kind of honors the voice of the patient's resistance it then puts the patient in the role of arguing for change which is awesomeright absolutely absolutely oh that was a that was a beautiful first step what should we talk about?
