Local Muscular Endurance Training

Broceski adapted a periodized training model that he called the block in system. He introduced this special strength training programme designed to improve local muscular fatigue and develop more fatigue resistance in those main locomotive muscles. For some of these exercises, the exercises u used in order to produce this type of fatigue should be semi sport specific. You would not be seeing it an advantage for your running by doing lots of gluck.
