you're basically saying it's the depth and quality of really focused, structured and unstructured data, structured data, like fields within a CRM or some type of software product versus like calls, emails, very unstructured things. And what I think is interesting about this, Kieran, it's like, anytime you go to a new paradigm, things that were previously impossible become possible. And I think the hard thing that you can have in wrapping your head around it is that like, we would have never thought possible to say like, oh, I can take the totality of one human's interactions and have a fast and cheap and easy way to access that and predict next actions off of it. And that is really what we're saying. I think that's really hard for people to understand. It's like, oh no, I want everything across my whole company. And it actually turns out that when that data set becomes larger and less focused, sometimes the results are worse.
