How to Forgive Yourself for Doing What You Don't Want

It's amazing. Sound that you're probably less than two seconds. I really want to measure afterwards. Feels like an eternity. But it is. People listen to this on double speed. It's the last one works. So if the others don't work, I had to change the perception of your action. What that means is, I've done an action and I'm feeling terrible about it. And I forgive myself for that. If we value a tidy house, for example, my value is the tidy, tidy house - so reframe the actions of win in line with the value of having a tidy house. That's what you can do. We'll do more later on
