It depends on the athlete. Andandnd, what they're actually looking to do. So if i'm talking with an olympian, i can't convince them that the opportunity might present itself again - it really might not. But we have to shape their preparation and their thinking with that in mind. I don't want people to put aside their dreams or to feel as though they can never do what it is that they want to do. That's not at all what i'm doing."
