The Differences Between Men and Women in Weight Loss
Women's bodies and their hormones are designed to be fat burning. That's just the way the male body is. Women will, you know, go on a diet and not notice a lot of things changing or they'll have to starve themselves in order to really feel like they're getting the scale to change. Men their bodies will lose fat very quickly and they'll see the scale change quickly. All these other things happen for women. So when we look at building up and being healthier, the journey back is going to be different too.
