I think really just remembering this idea of like we are made to want to belong but again when we look back to this thing about human givers is like we don't to belong doesn't mean we have to give up all of ourselves. The next section was interesting yeah because it was called what makes you stronger which I guess I just did not expect it to go in the direction that I went with that title. What makes you stronger is rest whether it's like your muscles rejuvenating themselves and getting stronger by resting or the fact that we need sleep to kind of like close the book on one day and get ready for the next day they spend quite a bit of effort in here showing the different
