The Importance of Variation in Sports

I try to keep it super simple, but if it's a minimum, that's usually me like walking. I really need to vary the sports I'm doing in order to be active every single day. Sometimes you get too obsessive about one thing that's not healthy. Adding a few different sports can add a lot of variety to it and make a lot of fun. You could make an argument that mountain biking for a mile, you're human powering in the sense that you're turning the wheels.
