I tend to look at healthy conflict as a way of building a better relationship, building a better product. I typically look at it like, what's going to further our goals and what's going to detract from our goals. You can almost frame this in a way of, you have cancer, but your doctor doesn't want to hurt your feelingss he're i know that this would really mess up their day to tell hem. And i think we could really use a lot more of that in this de personally. It's sort of an enabler for us to not be gritty. We need a little more grit, because we're not seeing our full potential right now.
