induction burners are the least even heating things on earth, unless you're heating it in the oven. The control freak is a monster at keeping your pressure cooker right without having to worry about it. I have a friend that's been making a neapolitan peza sauce for him and it's difficult to get more flavor out of it. Is there any good cookery advice?
