The whole idea is make sure you're not talking 27 of the 30 minutes that you get with the customer. It gives the buyer a chance to just breathe after they've given you some information. And what i love about it is it demonstrates that you've been listening, and it tells you, tells a customer's story,. So that person can say, that's exactly who i want to be. But we have to talk at some point.
