How to Plan Your Swim for Success

An hour as the minimum I think that's a very important point because one thing that I see let's say when starting working with an athlete and the swim is a problem for the more weakness for them. Often just not swimming enough or doing two 40 to 45 minutes swims per week but then they miss the third one due to life getting in the way. If you get an hour and a half of swimming each week rather than three hours, it can make a massive difference. The structure of the set can be really can be really important there as well for helping people swim for that out swim for that hour without getting bored or too exhausted halfway through it and so on. We see some changes
