Is There a Delay in Recovery?

Marko: I love and know a lot about human performance and recovery. But i'm really more on the end of bio feedback and stress resiliency. If you do a hard work out and it takes you three or four days to get back to normal, that's a problem. Mysithe over training of tha pe sert ik is because it's jurly the response that we look at. So there wan o make sure that mesicl things are stable and we respond well.
