The Benefits of Resistance Exercise

Do more than you do now, try and eat a little bit less. It's not that complicated. Do something that you're going to stick with,. You know, look, it's easy for us to say, you know, do this prescription or incorporate resistance exercise. But I do think that for a lot of older people, there's probably some, some component of resistance exercise to weight bearing walking. There's probably some benefits there that younger people don't really think about.
