Do You Know Your Body Wants to Sleep?

A lot of clients really focus on their thoughts around sleep and their fears around sleep. For a lot of clients, they feel like their bodies have betrayed them. I think that has been the biggest light ball before most of my clients, is, my bodyis actually trying to help me. So listen to your body. If you're napping every day and it's not inpacking you at night, then keep napping every single day. Do what works for you. As i say, i'm only here to guide you. You are your own sleep expert.
