A stride is actually two steps. You have to be able to take a long step to force the other arm across. The spiraline that mark was just alkin bout with the picters is really fascial and mechanical. So if you start to shorten your stride so that it's stacotic, i actually think that the way that people now walk in modern society is actually a huge hindrance on movement longevity or anti agine.
