Introduction

John Hambon McGuire: This is an episode that probably should have been ready for Valentine's Day but the apocalypse stewhorvath. We are talking about the series of Choose Your Own Adventure books from TSR called Heart Quest. These were like the Sweet Valley High version of those books and they were put out by TSR in the 80s. They all have monsters that you recognize for the monster manuals. There's a drag on in one, which I was surprised by. It starts from this idea that girls couldn't possibly want the same thing out of a Dungeons and Dragons adventure that a boy would.
