In this episode we moved beyond the definition taught to doctors in medical school of “health”.  That is poorly defined simply as the “absence of illness”.  Perhaps with a bit of lip service payed to being physically fit and may be even eating well, though what eating well means in that context isn’t so great for human health in reality.  Today we look at 10 areas of health to get an understanding of what human health is really all about.
