I feel like it's such a good reminder that physical activity or wellness doesn't have to be like working out and doing high intensity interval training for like four hours. Like you can make these small little changes that makes you happier and I love that about your content. You definitely do get a lot of steps like I was very surprised when me and my housemates cleaned our house. I got over 10,000 steps in a day and that's like me running.
