Tiny habits was transformative for me, personally. I would say the same thing about when you take the habit goals you have and make them smaller,. Then you can celebrae more winds. And you actually are helping your brain build narrow pathways to make tha habit actually happen. When you're shaming yourself, you feel bad. We know that positive reinforcement works but we don't do it for ourselves.
