The more you practise those values, the better chance you'll have of conventional success. It also gets back to that that practice around presents, in scheduling time for very focused presents. So so much of this is shifting from the more traditional self help, hostile culture, crushet, be bullet proof, be great always. Never be content, to more of a research back look that actually says, hey, like contentment and achievement go hand in hand.
