The Pain of Ice Bathing

The first three minutes of an ice bath are by far the most difficult. The sauna is there to kind of get you, because most people wouldn't be able to operate their car. You won't even sweat 220 degrees after the ice bath; you will not sweat. It's like getting into the cold again. Mark made all of this equipment when he was in the middle of his powerlifting career.
