Is There a Long-Term Effect of Time Restricted Feeding?
There's very little evidence for time restricted feeding or for intermittent fasting, that it has a significant lasting effect beyond six months. Classically, for patients who are put on a strict diet and are followed, uh, out to a year, the maximum weight loss is achieved in the first three to six months,. And then weight beginning begins to come back up.
