i can't provide definitive proof, or some like framework that provides perfect explanatory power. But as i was thinking about this morning, if you say an eclipse as such a thing, about thousands of years before this morning, eclipses were still happening. Humanoids have been around for a long time. So they've been looki up and seeing these things. How would they have explained them thousands of thousands of years ago? Certainly not the way t we explained them to day.
