Is Strength Better Than Hypertrophy?

strength probably drops off quicker than hypertrophy does. I think people who can get away with being pretty inconsistent with their training and keep making gains are the folks who already, for the part, aren't particularly skilled lifters. If you're relatively untrained and not that good at lifting yet, consistency could just mean making sure you get to the gim at least once every week.
