How to Overtrain an Athlete?

There's a lot of overlapping in the adaptive spectrum. If you do enough minutes of low intensity training, it will also improve your vio tumax. But if you want to keep them healthy and maintain their ability to both mobilize a big, a high intensity response when they need to, but at the same time have that good metabolic control at low intensities then you need to distribute the work.
