There is very little if any benefit to adding leucine to your regular protein supplement for the purposes of muscle growth, muscle retention deficit or whatever it may be. The creatine one is interesting for me. I just see everybody and their mother making Instagram posts about why everyone needs to be taking creatine. It's like people lifted without taking creatine for many, many, many years and they did totally fine.
