Can You Replicate the Model in Brazil?

We're using brazil as a living lab. And that's why the factory within a forty kilomets from the farmers. We need to learn so then we can teach to other farmers. That's the only solution we see to scale the model. It to go deep, to go from soi to plate. Can go from sato and manioc. Two things that wouldn't be possible without sepeto. What would be ideally wo try to find the local root that is very unloved, but also a super food ad could be a perfect ingredient. Not sure if that's possile.
