How to Draw a Quarter Extremity, Cody?
Canaan: I think there's a often a disconnect when people start looking at quarter extremities. So for example, the sumo delle type pull, right? When someone pulls early, a lot of times newer coaches will be, they didn't hit hip extension. Canaan: If you're not super up to speed on that stuff, what will happen is you will say something that is incorrect,. somebody else will know that's incorrect. And now what I'm trying to teach and what I've just said don't match.
