The Importance of Sharing About Things Online

We've never had this as a culture or society where we're kind of growing up with children that were online. We are also online. Our children's children would be online. Everything is recorded and everything is going to exist forever. And it's almost like what we say flippantly, maybe 10 years ago, 20 years ago, where you'd say it just casually and it doesn't matter. So it's like everything just has so much more weight. I don't want my brain to get used to me going directly to social media when I'm not feeling myself.
