How to Meditate for 10 Minutes
I think everyone should meditate. 10 minutes. It doesn't matter. If you feel that you cannot focus, train your brain like you train a muscle. Sit down one minute time on your phone. And just do it. We had a discussion the other day. Why do you have different expectations for their mind than they have for their body? You're using the same system to train a muscle as you would train your focus. That idea of healthy self-love comes from working towards something and growth. I don't think you can be truly happy if you're not in some facet of your life growing.
