The Benefits of Fasted Training
The theory behind fasted training is that if we train our bodies to use more fat for fuel, you can go a lot longer without having to worry about your fuel running out. But the problem with the theory is that fat's not that easy to breakdown. It takes much more time, and it's u much slower. So actually, if you're running fast, it's not the ideal form of m energy. If you're running slower, then yes, there's a possibility you will get a benefit. And conner says, when you run slow, you use fat, and when you run fast, you use carbohydrate.
