Sleep is just so critical for good mental health, for good biology overall. I often say I am concerned we have a significant number of children and teens in Australia and globally who have been clinically misdiagnosed as having attentional issues or ADHD. And because they are chronically sleep deprived it absolutely messes with the brain,. Their ability to process information and it's pretty disastrous.
