Is it possible to define like what we mean by judgment? Because I think obviously someone saying, look at that fat cow, that's obviously such a blatantly horrible judgment. But I feel like a lot of the judgment that people fear or that really affects them is the more subtle little kind of acid drops here and there. Is gaslighting a form of judgment? I've never really wrapped my head fully around gaslighting. There is also judgment in it, but it's a slightly different psychological process.
