How to Maintain Consistency in Cross Training

The number one thing is to keep moving. A lot of people, when they get injured, it's just, oh, I'll rest for a week. There are always many different ways to keep training and keep up our fitness even if we're not running. If you want to really simulate as close to running as you can, I have a 20 pound sandbag,. But I'll throw in a backpack and go for walks around the neighborhood.
