The Importance of Quantro in Mexican Food
Alba: Tequila soda is something that I generally enjoyed very much in my lifetime. A friend from Dallas who also swears by a little, um, little quantro in there as well as if he's making kind of an elongated margarita or something. Alba worked in a bar where we were asked to, uh, to sway people to not drink vodka drinks because that's all they wanted to do. He guided me into a cosmo.
