Do You Have a Protein Bar?

There is a window of time where it does help to have protein and workouts. Try the pre work out, try middle, give it a week or two. Then slide to maybe protein when you first get up, protein before going to bed. One generally works great for you, and that one might not work for me that person. But the one that might have worked worse during this little experiment might have just been timing, or it needed more of a boost.
